Dr. Jason Diamond He knows the secrets behind some of the world’s most famous faces.
The sought-after plastic surgeon has worked with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen and Katy Perry over the years, creating what he calls a “safe space” within his office for top models and chart-toppers. Ta.
“One of my employees always says there are signs that I can’t see, so I know it’s one of my patients,” says the L.A.-based expert. told Page Six Style.
“I work on the most famous faces in the world, and my job is to make them look better or ageless without making them reveal what they’ve done.”
How is he helping A-lists achieve that?In addition to in-office procedures, the former “Dr. 90210” star recently went on sale methacin, a “medically inspired” skin care line based on his office’s Instafacials. (“My patients tell me that regular Instafacials are the key to staying young,” he says.)
While original treatments include “laser technology, PRP injections, microneedling, and patented collagen injections,” his brand offers a duo of at-home products that it considers “the most important step.” It offers. [his] Patient skin care routine: instafacial plasma ($200) — Designed to be applied after washing your face in the morning so “growth factors are maximally absorbed” — and emulsion ($350), he told patients to “immediately [layer] Apply over the plasma at night and ‘only use a moisturizer’ on top if needed.

But not all of his arsenal comes from his own brand.Dr. Diamond is also a fan of “Quality” Cicalfat + Repair Cream ($28) and Lip balm French drugstore brand Avene ($20). However, although he generally warns that there are “too many things” [skincare] step. You need an effective product that absorbs into your skin. ”
The popular doctor brings a similar “less is more” philosophy to his cosmetic surgery work, and said the biggest mistake people make is “overdoing it.”
“My patients know that I never recommend anything superfluous or over-the-top,” he explains, adding, “If it’s a surgery, I don’t want it to look too pulled or tight. You have to use a proper artistic eye and a skilled hand; the patient actually looks older.”
In order to determine the best course of treatment for each client, Dr. Diamond’s initial consultation involves getting to know the patient’s lifestyle and “aesthetic goals,” and taking photos to “determine the relationships and balance between each feature, and the differences between them.” It involves “studying what brings the most harmony.” ”
What about the most popular treatments? These include those aimed at “improving ailments such as sun damage,” as well as procedures related to certain recent popular weight loss drugs.
“With the weight loss craze fueled by semaglutide and tirzepatide, patients are also losing facial fat, soft tissue, and toned muscle,” he says, adding, “With the signature Diamond Facial Sculpting and Diamond Nonsurgical Procedures, patients are also losing facial fat, soft tissue, and toned muscle. “I’ve done it a lot,” he added. “Non-surgical lifting and reshaping” facelift” treatments, as well as “numerous mini-facelifts for patients who have lost significant weight due to medication.”
But as trends shift, one thing is certain. Dr. Diamond himself has long reigned as one of Hollywood’s most beloved plastic surgeons, receiving rave reviews on social media from stars like Chrissy Teigen, who once declared, “There is no plastic surgeon out there.” Shame on the Dr. Diamond game,” Kourtney Kardashian wrote in a selfie from her office.
Even so, Diamond doesn’t “expect” stars to be transparent about what kind of work they’ve done so far.
“I love letting the broader community know that almost everyone is doing something here and there, but it’s a very private matter. Faces are very personal.” he says.
After all, he wants his patients to “feel comfortable and at home” in his office. Even if it’s home to some of the biggest names in the industry.
“[Once] “I was giving diamond facial sculpting to patients and top hits were playing on the office sound system,” he recalls.
“Her song went to No. 1 on all the charts, so it came on, and there she was, sitting in my chair. I have to say it was fleeting.”
