Saudi Arabia expects a leaner budget next year as the government seeks to balance the oil market through production cuts.
The Saudi Ministry of Finance said in an interim budget report on Saturday that it expects next year’s deficit to be 79 billion riyals ($21 billion), or 1.9% of gross domestic product.
