4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon saffron bunch
1/4 cup short grain rice, soaked for 30 minutes and drained
15-20 pistachios, blanched and peeled
1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
Sprinkle with 2-3 teaspoons of dried rose petals
1/2 teaspoon rose water
12 tablets of sugar-free sweetener

Method:
Put milk and saffron in a pot and bring to a boil. Add rice, pistachios, remaining saffron and 1/4 cup water to a grinder jar and grind to a coarse paste. Add green cardamom powder, dry rose petals, rice mixed with rose water to boiling milk with saffron and mix everything. Reduce heat and continue to stir the mixture for about 8-10 minutes.
