- step 2In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet, place cut side down, and roast until golden brown and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
- step 3Meanwhile, add 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese to separate rimmed baking sheets lined with silicone baking mats. Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then immediately sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Loosen and toss lightly with Brussels sprouts.
