Try these easy-to-make wraps that are an alternative to the good old roti.It tastes best when stuffed with okra, but you can also choose other vegetable or meat-based fillings.

Divide 1 cup of green lentils
1 green chili pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
ENO fruit salt or baking soda (a pinch)
3/4 cup mineral water (for soaking lentils)

1.Wash the lentils under tap water, rub them with your hands, and discard the water, repeating this process 3 to 4 times.
