material:
1/4 cup coriander leaves, 3 inches ginger (Adrak), 1/2 cup garlic, 5 green chillies, 2-3 tablespoons cumin seeds (Geela), 1/2 cup sorghum (jowar) flour, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (atta), 1 tbsp flour (1 gram)Bethan), 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi), 2 teaspoons of red chili powder, 5-7 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.

Method:
Add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli and cumin seeds to the blender. Once you have added the ingredients, mix them into a coarse paste without using water.
Now add it to the bowl jowar Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and the aforementioned pastes. Next, add the oil, a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
Add water little by little and knead the whole mixture to form a dough. Once done, take out the small ball of dough and roll it into a log. After this, shape and cut the ring.
Set the dough aside. Prepare a pot and heat the oil. Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When the ingredients start spluttering, add the remaining paste and cook the mixture until the oil separates.
Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt as per your taste. Then add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once done, add the shaped dough to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish the plate with chopped coriander before serving.This dish can also be served with the following dishes: Papad. Enjoy it!
