I hope you all have a great weekend! I just arrived in Japan and it’s my first “real” visit to Asia (other than the Middle East) since the pandemic started, so I’m so happy to be here! Jet lag will be an issue next week, especially this weekend, so I apologize in advance for changing my posting time. I can’t get used to this time change anymore!
On the points and travel front, this week saw United Airlines pilots approve a new deal, World of Hyatt announce the launch of a home-sharing platform, and Delta Air Lines face a lot of backlash over SkyMiles changes. In response, Marriott announced its newest hotel brand, Air France-KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The airline has ordered up to 90 Airbus A350s, while Air Canada has ordered Boeing 787s and other aircraft.
